During the installation, attention must be paid to the protection and blocking of exposed piston rod and oil port to avoid surface scratch and entry of foreign matters;

2. The front and rear earring joint bearings of the oil cylinder shall be well lubricated to prevent the piston rod from being affected by eccentric load during movement, which will affect the sealing performance and service life;

3. The oil cleanliness of the hydraulic system must be guaranteed for the use of the oil cylinder, which is above NAS standard level 9 or ISO4406 Standard Level 15, otherwise the service life of the oil cylinder and sealing system cannot be guaranteed;

The welding slag on the surface of the oil cylinder must be avoided, otherwise it will cause damage to the sealing rod during welding;

5. When the oil cylinder is stored for a long time, the oil port must be blocked to prevent air from contacting the cylinder body surface and rusting, and the moving parts shall be protected against rust;

6. After the hydraulic cylinder is installed on the main engine, check whether there is leakage at the oil port piping and guide sleeve during the operation test; And make the hydraulic cylinder start under no-load condition, and move back and forth several times in the full stroke, and exhaust at the same time until it is normal
