Roller press is a key mechanical equipment in cement industry. It is mainly used for extrusion and crushing of raw materials and clinker. It has the characteristics of low energy consumption, high output and low noise. However, there are also many problems to be solved in the cement mechanical roller press, among which the key problem is the wear and damage of the roller surface. According to the actual investigation, after the roller press is installed, the roller surface pattern is almost worn out after half a year. If the material quality is slightly poor or there are many foreign matters in the material, or even damaged after continuous use for two months, it can not be used any more. Therefore, to reduce the damage of the roller surface of the roller press and correct repair after damage are the problems we must solve.
