Generally, 90% of the faults of hydraulic system are caused by impurities and pollutants in hydraulic oil. Therefore, the hydraulic oil pollution must be controlled to avoid the failure of hydraulic system shutdown due to oil pollution. In order to better ensure the stable operation of the equipment.


1、 Main pollution sources of hydraulic system


1. Dust enters the system from the air hole of oil tank, hydraulic cylinder, piston rod, etc. and is polluted


3. The pollutant is the pollution in the process of disassembly, maintenance and new oil.


4. Pollution caused by wear of hydraulic components such as pumps, valves and cylinders after system operation.


5. Pollutants are polluted during the welding and installation of pipe joints of hydraulic system.


The pollution of hydraulic system oil will lead to the wear and seizure of components, and the oil leakage of hydraulic cylinder will lead to the failure of normal operation of hydraulic system. Therefore, the pollution must be prevented and the interior of the system must be kept clean.


2、 Methods to prevent contamination of hydraulic system:


As can be seen from the above example, the pollution of the hydraulic system is mainly in the process of installation and use. Therefore, the pollution in the hydraulic oil can be reduced through two methods.


1. Flush the hydraulic system and clean the contamination of impurities and particles in the hydraulic components


2. In the process of installation and use, reduce the entry of pollutants.


3. Use the oil filter correctly


4. Regularly check the cleanliness of the oil and replace the hydraulic oil regularly
